Hobsonville Point boasts a rich history encompassing fishing, forestry, gum digging, clay extraction, and more recently, housing New Zealand’s armed forces.
To facilitate the area’s redevelopment, ACL undertook extensive site preparation work, removing demolition waste, contaminated soil, and clay.
In collaboration with our client, we constructed access roads, demolished existing structures, remediated contaminated soil, and prepared sites for subsequent development.
ACL successfully completed site preparation for approximately 500 individual plots, laying the groundwork for the new Hobsonville Point community.
